The dates of our trip are May 11-16.

Join us on our sixth annual Olivet Prime Time Bus Tour. We have put together an exciting trip to our nation’s capital, Washington D.C. These tours have become a regular event on many of your annual calendars. It is amazing that with little promotion or fanfare, we have more than 100 guests join us every year for our tours. Over the years, we have worked hard to arrange a trip that provides exciting and interesting venues, comfortable accommodations, and first-class service.

Olivet has to enter into advance contracts with bus companies, hotels, restaurants and entertainment venues. As a result, a non-refundable deposit of $100 per person will be required to secure your spot on the trip. We will only fill one bus at a time. Once one bus is filled, you will be put on a waiting list until the second or third bus is filled. It is important to get your deposit in on time as we anticipate this trip to Washington D.C. to be sold out. The deadline for deposits is March 1. Final payment for the trip is due April 10.

The cost per person based on occupancy (includes $100 deposit):

Single - $910

Double - $650

Triple - $565

Quadruple - $522

It is your responsibility to arrange a roommate. While we are willing to let you know who is planning to go and willing to share a room, Olivet is not responsible for making those arrangements. If you go as a single and are not able to find a roommate, you will be expected to pay the single supplement and have your own room.

The price covers all transportation, event charges, hotels, tips and taxes. The price also includes a continental breakfast at our hotel, dinner on Monday evening and lunch and dinner on Tuesday and Friday. All other meals will be on your own. If you need local hotel accommodations in Bourbonnais the night before we leave, you may secure Olivet’s own special rate by reserving your room through the University.
