2009 Tiger Tracks 5K RUN
Faculty/Staff Registration
RACE: (3.1 miles) run on paved surface. Restrooms will be at the start/finish area. The run will be held on the ONU campus. Map of the course is available at the registration table and before the race at the Health Service office.
DATE OF RACE: Saturday, April 4, 2009 @ 8:30AM
ELIGIBILITY: The race is open to all students, staff, faculty and the family members of staff and faculty.
KIDS RUN WITH A HERO: In participation with the ROTC Rolling Tiger Battalion, we are having a Kids Fun Run. Children under the age of 10 will be able to run with an ROTC student in uniform. There is no charge for this event. A ‘Kids Fun Run’ registration is required for each child participating.
STAFF/FACULTY/FAMILY ENTRY FEE: $10/person before April 1st. $15/person April 2nd-April 4th.
BENEFITS: This event is focused on creating healthy habits. Each participant will received a Tiger Tracks 5k t-shirt and a race medallion. Other benefits include PRIDE, SELF-ESTEEM, LOWER BLOOD PRESSURE AND AN ENDORPHIN RUSH. (Please register by 3/25 to reserve medallion and t-shirt.)
BREAKFAST: A post-race breakfast will be provided for all 5k race participants. Spectators are invited to join but are asked to pay for their breakfast.
